Professional student organization, whose activities are focused on: regular organization of scientific communication sessions of students, at local and national level and organization of conferences and meetings with Romanian or international specialists from academia or industry to discuss issues specific to geology. High-performing students are co-opted into research projects coordinated by teachers and researchers in the department.
