The doctoral studies of a PhD student are planned for a period of 4 academic years (each consisting of 2 semesters) and include:
1) a training programme based on advanced undergraduate studies, completed in the Doctoral School of Theoretical and Applied Geology and consisting of activities set out in the Curriculum;
2) an individual scientific research
Doctoral studies are carried out on the basis of a Doctoral Studies Contract concluded between the PhD student, the PhD supervisor and Babeș-Bolyai University.
