2024 PhD registration and admission
Dear candidates, registration at the Doctoral School of Integrative Biology takes place in two sessions: summer 15 – 19 July 2024 and autumn 4 – 9 September 2024. According to the methodology described on the website of the Institute of Doctoral Schools of UBB (https://doctorat.ubbcluj.ro/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/EN-final_avizat_Senat_Metodologia_admitere_doctorat.pdf), registration is done on line, in the dedicated platform (https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/).
Please fill in carefully and upload the required documents on the online platform (https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/) during this period (15 – 19 July 2024, respectively 4 – 9 September 2024).
The same scanned documents, i.e. legalized copies, according to the Methodology for admission to doctoral university studies in Babeș – Bolyai University (https://doctorat.ubbcluj.ro/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/EN-final_avizat_Senat_Metodologia_admitere_doctorat.pdf) please bring or send them to the secretary of the Doctoral School of Integrative Biology, together with your contact details (phone number and a valid e-mail address), so that they can contact you, in case of need. The documents must be submitted to the secretary of the Doctoral School of Integrative Biology, during the same period (July 15 – 19, 2024, respectively September 4 – 9, 2024), at the address: 42 Republicii str., Cluj-Napoca, phone 0264-592152 or 0745678414.

According to the methodology described on the website of the Institute of Doctoral Schools of UBB (https://doctorat.ubbcluj.ro/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/EN_ISD_HS36_Admission_methodology2023.docx.pdf), registration is done on line, on the dedicated platform (https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/).
Please fill in carefully and upload the required documents on the online platform (https://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/) during this period (10 – 14 July 2023, respectively 4 – 8 September 2023).
The same scanned documents, i.e. legalized copies, according to the Methodology for admission to doctoral university studies in Babeș – Bolyai University ( https://doctorat.ubbcluj.ro/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/EN_ISD_HS36_Admission_methodology2023.docx.pdf) please organize them in a wrapper, and write the following in capital letters:
Candidate’s full name and surname

Along with the wrapper, please add a sheet on which to leave a phone number and a valid e-mail address, so that we can contact you in case of need.
Please put this wrapper in a sealed envelope and take it/send it by post to the dean’s office of the Faculty of Biology and Geology, addressed to the secretary of the Doctoral School of Integrative Biology, during the same period (July 10 – 14, 2023, respectively 4 – September 8, 2023):
