DOCTORAL ADMISSION CALENDAR 2026

JULY SESSION
• July 13 – 17, 2026, until 2:00 p.m .: online registration of candidates for the admission competition, in the dedicated admission platform (htps://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/) .
• July 20 – 23, 2026 : conducting the entrance exam and appeals.
• July 24 – 27, 2026, until 2:00 p.m .: confirmation of the availability of places, online in the admission platform and at the doctoral schools by uploading, respectively submitting the necessary documents in the platform and physically at the doctoral schools.
• July 28, 2026: display of final results, at doctoral schools, for the July 2026 session.
• September 28, 2026 : registration of admitted candidates.
SEPTEMBER SESSION
• by July 10, 2026 : submission to the Institute of Doctoral Studies of documents for the recognition of previous studies conducted in the EU, according to the additional information in the Mentions section.
• September 7 – 9, 2026, until 2:00 p.m .: online registration of candidates for the admission competition, on the dedicated admission platform (htps://admitere.ubbcluj.ro/) .
• September 10 – 14, 2026: conducting the entrance and appeals tests.
• September 15 – 16, 2026, until 2:00 p.m .: confirmation of seats – online and onsite.
• September 17 – 21, 2026 : swipes, confirmations after swipes – online and onsite.
• September 22, 2026 : display of (intermediate) results after swipes and checks, at the doctoral school
• September 23, 2026 : display of final results, at doctoral schools, for the July and September 2026 sessions.
• September 28, 2026 : registration of admitted candidates.
