The master’s program SYSTEMIC ECOLOGY AND CONSERVATION in the field of BIOLOGY is accredited by ARACIS <\/span>and trains specialists in the fields of ecology and related disciplines.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>

Course outline<\/span><\/b>: <\/span><\/b>\u200b<\/p>

The basic knowledge acquired refers to the main scientific aspects that underlie the study of natural and anthropogenic <\/span>ecosystems, the role of biological biodiversity in the functioning of ecosystems, for the protection, conservation and use of <\/span>natural resources within the supporting capacity of the environment. Graduates will be able to apply the acquired <\/span>knowledge to research and monitor the quality of the environment, using bioindicator systems, data analysis, assessment <\/span>and remediation techniques, environmental documentation, etc., with the stated purpose of analysis, protection and <\/span>conservation of natural capital.<\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/p>

The master’s program includes a total of 14 compulsory courses, 7 optional and one optional, concentrated in the first 3 <\/span>semesters of study, the last semester being entirely dedicated to the elaboration of the dissertation.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>

Career opportunities<\/span><\/b>: <\/span>\u200b<\/p>

After completing the study program, graduates can work as biologists-ecologists, teaching staff, research assistants-<\/span>researchers, environmental inspectors and advisers, <\/span>museographs<\/span>, rangers or custodians of protected areas. The jobs or <\/span>positions held by graduates of the study program <\/span>are:<\/span> in public institutions: schools, higher education institutions, botanical <\/span>gardens, research institutions, environmental agencies, the Environmental Guard, the Romanian National Water <\/span>Administration, the Water Company, town halls, county councils, protected area administrations, plant protection <\/span>centers<\/span>, <\/span>government agencies and ministries, NGOs; in companies and private companies etc.<\/span>\u200b<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
